We have arranged with Radisson Hotel for a room block of 10 for the night before and night after of the wedding day.  (September 15th and 16th, 2006).

When booking for a room, please use the EMAIL option and indicate Tan-Nystrom Wedding on the subject line.  This will ensure that you are given the group rate rather than booking the room/s online.

If you are travelling with kids, there is usually a policy of FREE stay (no charge) for children under age 12.  If there is an additional adult/s in the room, there is an additional cost of $10 per each adult.

If you are a long-staying guest, the booking can be extended to you starting the 12th of September for the same group rate. Note though that this is SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.  September is a high season for conferences so you are encouraged to book early.

Deadline for booking is August 15, 2006 so that the hotel can re-sell the rooms to the public should the full 10 rooms are not exhausted.

We actually considered Ripley Ridge Manor and Spa for our wedding venue.  It is quaint, quiet, scenic place and has an in-house spa facility! But, because we require a bigger venue, we regrettably can't proceed with booking it.  This place has character. :)

The Foxwood is a charming Edwardian character home built in 1910 during the Calgary housing boom. Our heritage home is situated in the prestigious Mount Royal area, originally known as American Hill. The house retains much of its original character and detailing, complete with antiques and accents of the early 1900's.

Guests are encouraged to make themselves at home, relax outside, or unwind in our indoor Spa.
